As part of its 2022 – 2025 Strategic Plan, the Foundation has identified
two important strategies to ensure its sustainability:
1. Develop high-potential philanthropic activities;
2. Adapt the Foundation’s governance and structure to meet its
ambitious new objectives.
These two strategies, essential to its success, have been implemented synergistically , giving rise to the new Délégués-volunteers Program.
Our Délégués-volunteers will be invited to attend recurring information sessions on the Délégués-volunteers program.
Our Délégués-volunteers are our ambassadors. Through their involvement, they will participate in the FHQ’s outreach by inviting their network to follow the Foundation on social media, to like and share our publications, and finally to subscribe to the Infolettre to keep up with Foundation news and events.
Our Délégués-volunteers ensure the Héma-Québec Foundation’s presence at HQ events in their region, and in collaboration with the Foundation’s permanent staff, they are invited to identify major donors in their region and participate in philanthropic canvassing activities.
Under the watchful eye of and in collaboration with the Foundation’s permanent staff, the Délégués-volunteers can organize philanthropic activities in their region to support the Foundation in its mission to finance innovative Héma-Québec projects for the benefit of recipients and their families.
Délégués-volunteers will benefit from support and coaching throughout their involvement. Two Foundation mentors will be available to support them.
